应用
高碘酸通常作为糖蛋白染色剂的组分。可采用修改的高碘酸-席夫 (PAS) 法对 SDS-PAGE 和膜上的糖蛋白进行选择性染色。糖蛋白中糖部分染色后会出现无色背景的洋红色条带。过碘酸/席夫试剂作为常规的糖蛋白染色剂,可对常见于外周糖类和唾液酸的邻位二醇基进行染色。高碘酸也用于裂解 PAGE 凝胶中的可逆交联剂(如 DATD、DHEBA)。
