一般描述
赖氨酸包被载玻片由玻璃制成,专为细胞粘附而设计。载玻片涂有聚l -赖氨酸,这是细胞的一种非特异性附着因子,有助于促进细胞在固体底物上的粘附。聚赖氨酸可增强细胞膜与培养表面的结合。
应用
赖氨酸包被载玻片用于:
- 将肝细胞切片和肺细胞切片装在赖氨酸包被载玻片上。
- 证实支气管肺泡灌洗液标本具有较好的细胞粘附性。
- 通过免疫组化方法测定pAkt(α丝氨酸/苏氨酸蛋白激酶)表达。
