多克隆位点备注: NcoI 位点有一个起始密码子,需要时可用 KpnI 消化去除。用于基因插入的 MC 从 NotI 延伸到 XbaI,但是 Shine-Dalgarno 序列和 KOZAK 核糖体条目站点序列与 NcoI 站点的起始密码子一致。PGK 启动子已被插入到 ClaI 和 BamHI 位点之间,并包含下游允许插入第二个基因的位点。

第一个 MCS 中的 BsgI 和 BseRI 酶切位点在 XbaI 站点的终止密码子内切割,并允许编码序列的回顾性融合。

General description
