生化/生理作用

4-硝基苯基N-乙酰基-β-D-氨基葡糖苷(NP-GlcNAc)是一种广泛使用的己糖苷酶底物。酶作用裂解糖苷键并形成4-酚盐(pNP),测量波长为405 nm。NP-GlcNAc还可结合二乙基氨基乙基-a-环糊精(DEn-CD)使用,用于b-N-乙酰氨基葡萄糖苷酶的快速、准确速率测定方法。环糊精衍生物作为添加剂,在酶的最佳pH值5附近将4-酚盐电离成黄色的4-硝基酚盐。
