General description
Nω-硝基-L-精氨酸甲酯盐酸盐或L -NAME HCl,一种抑制NO产生的精氨酸类似物。它对血管系统有多重作用。抑制乙酰胆碱引起的舒张,并引起动脉血压升高。用于预处理小鼠主动脉环制剂时,可取消卵磷脂化超氧化物歧化酶诱导的血管舒张作用。诱导白细胞粘附,增加微血管液以及蛋白质通量和渗透性。还用于许多学习和记忆研究。
