Biochem/physiol Actions

使用神经氨酸酶去除细胞表面上糖蛋白的唾液酸残基已有多次报道。通常，实验步骤中会表明将神经氨酸酶在PBS中，37℃条件下孵育30分钟进行使用，然后用PBS洗涤几次。用浓度低得多的神经氨酸酶处理组织切片需要更长的温育时间：在pH 4.2-5的0.1M乙酸盐缓冲液中，对于1-4U/mL浓度，需要在37℃下孵育2-20小时。
利用神经氨酸酶裂解唾液酸基团已用来研究糖蛋白结构的抗体识别。与其他两种方法进行比较，使用神经氨酸酶可更好的对N-乙酰神经氨酸进行估测。

General description
