General description

β-烟酰胺单核苷酸 (β-NMN)是烟酰胺磷酸核糖基转移酶 (NAMPT)催化烟酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸 (NAD+)生物合成的中间体。 NAMPT可介导烟酰胺与5-磷酸核糖基-1-焦磷酸的缩合,生成β-NMN。 β-NMN腺苷酸转移酶随后将β-NMN转化为NAD+。
