生化/生理作用
产气荚膜梭菌的神经氨酸酶降低人白血病原始粒细胞的活力,减弱其激活淋巴细胞的能力。
使用神经氨酸酶去除细胞表面上糖蛋白的唾液酸残基已有多次报道。通常,实验步骤中会表明将神经氨酸酶在PBS中,37℃条件下孵育30分钟进行使用,然后用PBS洗涤几次。用浓度低得多的神经氨酸酶处理组织切片需要更长的温育时间:在pH 4.2-5的0.1M乙酸盐缓冲液中,对于1-4U/mL浓度,需要在37℃下孵育2-20小时。
