生化/生理作用

5′-核苷酸酶 (nucleotidase) 又称 CD73,是一种能转化核苷-5′−单磷酸生成核苷,底物偏好 AMP。天然 5'-核苷酸酶是一种 GPI 锚定蛋白,其暴露量因缺氧而上调。5′-核苷酸酶在体内有许多功能 ,包括产生细胞外腺苷。
