应用

制霉菌素悬浮液用于：

  • 作为 Eagle′s 最低必需培养基（EMEM）组分
  • 乳酸菌（LAB）计数
  • 防止细胞培养物污染，在表达Toll样受体2（TLR2）的THP1细胞中，诱导白介素（IL）-1、IL-8和肿瘤坏死因子分泌。
该产品用于细胞培养应用的建议浓度为24 mL/L。

生化/生理作用

制霉菌素是一种多烯类广谱抗生素，可改变脂质筏的微观结构。它可分离真核生物细胞膜上存在的胆固醇。制霉菌素通过细胞因子信号转导、淋巴细胞活化和病原体识别调节免疫应答。

注意

该产品在37℃下可稳定保存3天。

制备说明

它已经过0.1μ过滤处理和细胞培养测试。

制霉菌素悬浮液的包装规格有 20 mL和100 mL两种。
保持容器密闭，并置于干燥通风处。打开后的容器必须小心重新密封并保持直立以防止泄漏。
