一般描述

N-亚硝基二乙胺属于亚硝胺类含氮消毒副产物。用氯消毒的水处理设备中也能产生这种副产物。

应用

N-亚硝基二乙胺已用于诱发大鼠和小鼠的肝细胞癌发生。

生化/生理作用

N-亚硝基二乙胺(NDMA)对于所有受试动物物种都是致癌物。主要靶器官是鼻腔、气管、肺、食道和肝脏。NDMA通过作用于细胞色素P450系统而导致致癌物甲基重氮离子的产生。但假单胞菌等微生物可将NDMA代谢为N-硝基甲胺(NTMA)和甲醛。
