一般描述
烟酰胺二核苷酸（NADPH）的还原形式可充当许多氧化还原酶的辅助因子，并有助于还原性生物合成途径。NADPH主要由葡萄糖通过氧化戊糖磷酸途径产生。
应用
高灵敏度NADPH分析试剂盒已被用于测定细胞内NAD（P）H和NAD（P）+ 水平。
适用性
适于检测多种生物样品中的NADPH，包括细胞及组织培养上清液和纯化线粒体等。
原理
高灵敏度NADPH定量荧光分析试剂盒适用于定量组织、细胞和线粒体中的NADPH（范围为2-10 pmole/孔）。该试剂盒可在酶循环反应中检测细胞内的NAPDH，而不需要从样品中对NADPH进行纯化。其通过与NADPH的量成正比的荧光产物 (λex = 535/ λem = 587 nm) 对NADPH进行测定。
