一般描述

乙酰乙酸(AcAc)是线粒体内通过两个乙酰辅酶 A 分子缩合而形成的 β-酮酸。AcAc 可以酶解为 3-羟基丁酸酯,也可以脱羧生成丙酮。在没有葡萄糖的情况下,酮体(AcAc、3-HB 和丙酮)被用作替代能源。在 I 型糖尿病、酒精中毒或饥饿中观察到过量的酮体。

适用性

适于测定血清、血浆、血液、尿液及其他体液样品中的乙酰乙酸浓度。

原理

乙酰乙酸检测试剂盒提供了一种简单而灵敏的程序来检测各种样品中的 AcAc(范围为 20-100 nmole/孔)。通过生成与存在的 AcAc 量成比例的比色(550 nm)产物来测定 AcAc 浓度。该试剂盒检测不到 3-羟基丁酸酯,并且对乙酰乙酸具有特异性。
