原理

ATP比色/荧光检测试剂盒是一种用于测定各种样品中ATP的灵敏检测(比色检测为2-10 nmole/孔而荧光检测为20-1,000 pmole/孔)。ATP的浓度是通过磷酸化甘油而测定,可产生与存在的ATP量成比例的比色(570 nm)或荧光(lex = 535/lem = 587 nm)产物。

荧光检测比比色检测具有10-100倍更高的灵敏度。
