一般描述

活性氧(ROS)的产生是由于有氧呼吸过程中氧的减少和细胞内各种酶系统的作用。在生理水平上,ROS有助于细胞信号传导和宿主防御。超过了生物系统的解毒能力的活性氧产生,导致氧化应激和细胞损伤。细胞的主要损伤是由ROS诱导的大分子的改变,如膜脂、必需蛋白和DNA中多不饱和脂肪酸等。活性氧与阿尔茨海默′s疾病、帕金森病、癌症和衰老等疾病状态有关。

应用

荧光细胞内ROS试剂盒已可用于活性氧(ROS)的生成检测。

适用性

原理

荧光细胞内ROS检测试剂盒提供了一种灵敏的、一步荧光检测方法,可在1小时内检测活细胞内的ROS(特别是超氧化物和羟基自由基)。ROS与定位于细胞质的荧光传感器发生反应,产生荧光产物(λex = 490/λem = 520 nm)产物,与ROS含量成正比。该试剂盒可以采用96孔或384孔多孔板形式,并使用荧光显微镜或荧光微孔板读板仪进行读取。
