原理

在该测定中,脲酶催化尿素的水解,导致氨的产生。 通过 Berthelot 方法测定氨,导致在 670nm 处测量比色产物,与样品中存在的脲酶活性成比例。一个单位的脲酶是在 pH 7.0 下,每分钟催化形成 1.0 μmole 氨的酶量。
