现在我们可提供全新的葡萄糖氧化酶活性检测试剂盒MAK501！ 葡萄糖氧化酶(GOx, EC 1.1.3.4)是一种存在于昆虫，真菌和细菌中催化D-葡萄糖氧化成D-葡萄糖酸内酯。GOx被广泛用于食物，饮料，化学和药品工业。
适用性
适于测定细胞和血清等各式样品中的葡萄糖氧化酶(GOx)
原理
葡萄糖氧化活性分析试剂盒提供简单和直接的方法，用于检测各种样本中的GOx活性。GOx活性可以通过偶联酶分析确定，GOx氧化D-葡萄糖，生成过氧化氢(H2O2)和探针反应，生成的比色（570nm）/荧光 (λex = 535/λem = 587 nm) 产物，和GOx成正比 。一单位GOx是37℃每分钟生成 1.0 μmole of H2O2的酶当量。
