原理
蛋白质羰基含量测定试剂盒提供了一种简单直接的方法，用以测定多种生物样品中的羰基含量。羰基含量是通过蛋白质羰基与2,4-二硝基苯基肼（DNPH）发生衍生化而进行确定，该过程会形成稳定的二硝基苯基（DNP）腙加合物，其可以通过分光光度法在375 nm处进行检测，并与羰基含量成正比。
