General description
在人和灵长类中,尿酸是嘌呤代谢的终产物。它由黄嘌呤氧化酶催化黄嘌呤和雌黄嘌呤氧化生成,通过尿液排出。尿酸血清水平提高、血内高尿酸与胰岛素抵抗、心血管疾病和痛风有关。导致血内高尿酸的机制通常和尿酸产生生活或排尿减少有关。升高的血清尿酸可用作肾脏疾病的标记物。
