一般描述

现在我们可提供全新的抗坏血酸检测试剂盒MAK505！抗坏血酸，也称为维生素C，是由植物和一些动物物种（不包括人类和其他灵长类动物）产生的六碳内酯。抗坏血酸可作为多种酶的酶促辅助因子，可用作单加氧酶和双加氧酶的电子供体。抗坏血酸还起到强力抗氧化剂的作用，特别是对活性氧。

应用

抗坏血酸测定试剂盒 II 已用于测定眼睛玻璃体样本中的抗坏血酸浓度。

适用性

适用于细胞和组织培养上清液以及血清、血浆、尿液和其他生物液体。

原理

在该试验中，使用铁还原/抗氧化剂和抗坏血酸 (FRASC) 试验测定抗坏血酸浓度。Fe3+ 被样品中存在的抗氧化剂还原成 Fe2+，从而产生比色 (593 nm) 产物。向平行样品中加入抗坏血酸氧化酶可氧化存在的任何抗坏血酸，从而允许测定抗坏血酸浓度。

  5. Can product MAK075, Ascorbic Acid Assay kit, be used with tissue samples which have been frozen overnight?

    As long as the tissue is frozen in liquid nitrogen and stored at -80 °C, it should be fine. Since ascorbate is easiliy vulnerable to oxidation,  there could be some differences between the assayed values in fresh and frozen samples.
