新型乳酸脱氢酶检测试剂盒 MAK464 现已上市！乳酸脱氢酶（LDH）是一种可催化丙酮酸和乳酸相互转化的氧化还原酶。 细胞在组织损伤或红细胞溶血后会将LDH释放到血流中。由于LDH是一种相当稳定的酶，它已被广泛用于评估组织和细胞是否存在损伤和毒性。LDH在某些特定的病理状态如癌症中会被提高。LDH的定量具有一系列不同的应用。
应用
