General description

Biochem/physiol Actions
在该试验中，通过偶联酶反应测定胆碱浓度，得到比色 (570 nm)/荧光（λex = 535/ζ em = 587 nm）产品，与存在的胆碱成比例。乙酰胆碱水平可通过在反应中加入乙酰胆碱酯酶，将乙酰胆碱水解为胆碱和醋酸盐来确定。
