现在我们可提供全新的醇脱氢酶(ADH) 检测试剂盒MAK498！醇脱氢酶(ADH) 是一个酶家族，可以催化醇转化为醛的反应，同时将NAD+还原为NADH。人体有9种ADH的同工酶，具有ADH活性的酶类主要存在于肝脏。ADH家族成员是涉及醇去毒作用的主要酶。ADH酶的遗传变异会导致ADH活性的差异和酒精耐受性，可调节酒精中毒易感性。

原理
