一般描述
丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT),也称为血清谷氨酸-丙酮酸转氨酶(SGPT),是一种吡哆醛-磷酸盐依赖型的酶,其可催化氨基从丙氨酸到α-酮戊二酸的可逆型转移,并生成丙酮酸和谷氨酸。ALT主要在肝脏和血清中被发现,但也存在于其他组织中。肝细胞损伤经常会导致血清ALT水平的升高而血清ALT水平可被用作肝损伤的一种标志物。
