General description
磷脂酰胆碱（PC）占组成了哺乳动物质膜的磷脂的50％以上，并且特别富含于细胞外小叶中。PC在肝脏中合成，是脂蛋白组装和分泌所必需的。PC被磷脂酶D通过水解胆碱头而切割，进而产生信号中间体磷脂酸。
