一般描述

应用
氯高铁血红素测定试剂盒长期用于测定游离氯高铁血红素(氧化血红素)的水平。
适用性
适合用于细胞和组织培养上清液、尿液、血浆、血清、粪便材料、培养基和其他生物样品。
原理
在该测定中,通过偶联的酶反应测定血红素浓度,其产生与存在的 Hemin 成比例的比色(570nm)产物。
