一般描述

应用
钙比色检测试剂盒已用于测量海马体样品和在成骨诱导培养基中培养的MC3T3-E1小鼠成骨细胞系中的钙浓度。

原理
在该检测中，钙离子浓度由钙离子和邻甲酚酞之间形成的生色复合物决定，其在575 nm处进行测量并与存在的钙离子浓度成比例。该试剂盒的检测线性范围在0.4-2.0 μg之间。
