Biochem/physiol Actions

果糖-6-磷酸的浓度可通过偶联酶反应进行测定,该反应可产生荧光测定产物(λex = 535nm /λem = 587nm),其与存在的果糖-6-磷酸成比例。该试剂盒的一般灵敏度为0.01至0.5纳摩尔F6P。

General description

果糖-6-磷酸(F6P)是一种通过磷酸葡萄糖异构酶异构化葡萄糖-6-磷酸产生的糖酵解途径中间体。F6P可被进一步磷酸化为果糖1,6-二磷酸,随后可裂解为磷酸甘油醛和磷酸二羟丙酮。F6P也可以从糖酵解分流至磷酸戊糖途径的非氧化分支,以生成用于核苷酸合成的戊糖磷酸。F6P水平在快速增殖的细胞(如癌细胞)中升高。果糖-6-磷酸测定试剂盒是一种高灵敏度和简单的基于荧光的方法,可用于对多种样品中的F6P进行定量。
