原理
麦芽糖含量测定试剂盒提供了一种简单而直接的操作程序，可测定各种样品（包括血清、血浆、食物或生长培养基）中的麦芽糖。在该试剂盒中，麦芽糖通过α-D-葡萄糖苷酶转化为两单位的葡萄糖。葡萄糖被进一步氧化，得到比色(570 nm)//荧光 (λex = 535/λem = 587 nm) 产物。
