原理

在该测定中,乳糖浓度通过酶法测定,其中乳糖转化为半乳糖和葡萄糖。半乳糖随后被氧化,产生比色(570 nm)/荧光(λex = 535 nm/λem = 587 nm)产物,与最初存在的乳糖成比例。该试剂盒适用于各种生物样本,荧光测定法的线性检测范围为0.2-1.0 nmole乳糖,比色测定法的线性检测范围为2-10 nmole乳糖。
