Biochem/physiol Actions
G6P 被葡萄糖-6-磷酸脱氢酶利用,以 NADPH 的形式产生还原当量。这对红细胞特别重要,因为 G6PDH 缺乏可导致溶血性贫血。通过酶测定法测定 G6P,其产生与存在的 G6P 成比例的比色 (450 nm) 产物。 典型的检测灵敏度在 1-30 纳摩尔之间。
General description
葡萄糖6-磷酸 (G6P) 是进入代谢途径或储存的关键代谢中间体。葡萄糖被己糖激酶或葡糖激酶磷酸化时,或在糖原分解过程中被磷酸葡糖变位酶转化为葡萄糖-1-磷酸时,产生 G6P。G6P 位于糖酵解和戊糖磷酸途径的起点。当血糖水平高时,它也可以储存为糖原。
