原理
在该检测试剂盒中,葡萄糖被葡萄糖氧化酶氧化,生成的比色(570nm)/荧光 (λex = 535 nm/λem = 587 nm) 产物和葡萄糖含量成正比。为了测量蔗糖,会在反应中加入蔗糖酶,将蔗糖转化成葡萄糖和果糖。总葡萄糖减去自由葡萄糖就是蔗糖的浓度。该试剂盒检测线性范围,葡萄糖荧光分析是0.2-1.0nmole,葡萄糖比色分析是2-10nmole。
