General description

Biochem/physiol Actions
在该检测试剂盒中，半乳糖被氧化，产生比色(570 nm)/荧光(λex = 535 nm/λ；em = 587 nm)产物，且产物量与半乳糖含量成比例。对于荧光检测，该试剂盒具有0.2-1.0 nmol的半乳糖线性检测范围，对于比色检测，则为2-10nmol的半乳糖检测范围。
