原理

在该测定中,通过偶联的酶反应测定 L-氨基酸浓度,其产生与存在的 L-氨基酸成比例的比色(570nm)/荧光(λex = 535/λem = 587 nm)产物。通过该测定法检测不到甘氨酸。
