一般描述
免疫球蛋白(Ig)属于免疫球蛋白超家族。IgG是在人血清中丰富的免疫球蛋白。IgG可分为IgG1、IgG2、IgG3和IgG4四类。
哺乳动物免疫球蛋白含有λ或κ轻链。
特异性
特异性通过小鼠单克隆抗体分型试纸条测定。该纯化免疫球蛋白制品与小鼠IgA、IgM、IgG2a、IgG2b和IgG3都不具反应性。
应用
来自鼠骨髓瘤的IgG1,κ已用于:
- 染色质免疫沉淀(ChIP)
- 免疫荧光
- 免疫捕获

- 免疫组织化学
生化/生理作用
IgG1是最丰富的,其缺乏会导致低丙球蛋白血症。IgG抗体具有巨大的治疗潜力,其Fc区可用于开发治疗性抗体。
