一般描述
N,N′-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺通常简称为bis。它可在由丙烯酰胺单体链组成的聚丙烯酰胺凝胶制备中用作交联剂。N,N′-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺和丙烯酰胺的浓度决定了凝胶的孔径大小。较高浓度的Bis形成孔径较小的刚性凝胶,因为交联越多聚合程度越高,反之亦然。
应用
N,N′-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺已用于:
- 作为单体溶液中的交联剂,制备N,N-二甲基丙烯酰胺(DMAAm)型冷冻凝胶和丙烯酰胺(AAm)型冷冻凝胶基质
