一般描述

MEM维生素溶液(100×)是一种适合细胞培养的无菌过滤生物试剂。
目前使用的合成/基础培养基含有氨基酸、碳水化合物、维生素和盐。Eagle′最低基础培养基(MEM)′是BME的改进版,其每种氨基酸含量都有所增加。为各种培养基添加水溶性维生素(如肌醇),以促进仓鼠和兔囊胚的孵化。此外,维生素还会影响绵羊和小鼠胚胎中葡萄糖的代谢。

应用

MEM 维生素溶液 (100×) 用于以下用途:
