一般描述

应用

山楂酸已被用于研究其对人肾细胞癌 (RCC) 细胞系和内皮细胞的抗增殖和抗血管生成作用。它还用作参考标准品,通过微波辅助萃取 (MAE) 法从橄榄果渣中提取三萜酸。

生化/生理作用

山楂酸是一种强效抗氧化剂和抗炎剂。除了是一种良好的抗癌剂外,它还具有抗糖尿病和抗寄生虫的特性。山楂酸具有神经保护和心脏保护作用。据报道它是一种针对恶性疟原虫的多靶点抗疟药。
