免疫球蛋白G（IgG）属于免疫球蛋白家族，是一种广泛表达的血清抗体。免疫球蛋白是由两条重链和两条轻链通过二硫键连接而成的。它是一种糖蛋白。IgG是一种主要的免疫球蛋白。小鼠具有五种类型的免疫球蛋白 - IgM，IgG，IgA，IgD和IgE。小鼠IgG进一步分为五类 - IgG1、IgG2a、IgG2b和IgG3。
同种型对照是与在应用中所使用的一抗具有相同同种型的非反应性免疫球蛋白。建议将具有相同同种型和浓度的非反应性免疫球蛋白纳入作为在流式细胞术或其他免疫检测中所使用的每种单克隆抗体试剂的阴性对照。

特异性

当在流式细胞术中进行评估时，该产品不会对人外周血淋巴细胞（PBL）进行染色。将抗小鼠IgG（全分子）、货号F2883的F(ab')2片段FITC以及1mg产物一同与人PBL进行孵育，并通过流式细胞术进行评估。

应用

小鼠骨髓瘤来源的小鼠IgG2a同种型对照可用于：
  • 免疫沉淀
  • 酶链免疫吸附检测 (ELISA)[1]
  • 荧光显微术
  • 间接免疫细胞化学

生化/生理作用

免疫球蛋白G（IgG）参与II型和III型超敏反应。它主要用于帮助免疫防御。IgG有助于调理素作用、补体结合和抗体依赖型细胞介导的细胞毒性作用。IgG2a 具有亲细胞特性，IgG2a分子能够激活补体系统。

外形

溶于0.01M磷酸盐缓冲盐水，pH 7.4，含有1%牛血清白蛋白以及15 mM叠氮化钠。
