生化/生理作用

甲硝哒唑是一种前药,对厌氧菌具有选择性,因为它们能够在细胞内将甲硝哒唑还原为活性形式。还原甲硝唑与脱氧核糖核酸共价结合,破坏其螺旋结构,诱导脱氧核糖核酸链断裂并抑制细菌核酸合成。最终导致细菌细胞死亡。
