免疫原
源自小鼠p38MAP激酶（氨基酸343-360，N端添加赖氨酸）C端的合成肽K-DEVISFVPPPLDQEEMES作为免疫原。 该序列在人和大鼠p38MAP激酶中高度保守。
应用
抗p38MAP激酶抗体已用于使用NIH 3T3小鼠成纤维细胞裂解物和大鼠脑提取物的蛋白质印迹法（1：1000稀释）。它也用于微阵列。
生化/生理作用
