应用
最低必需培养基 Eagle 已用于配制甲基丙烯酸丙烯酰胺(水凝胶)。它也已用于培养牛膝关节的软骨,随后该牛膝关节软骨可用于 MRI(磁共振成像)研究和组织学分析。
通常用于在FBS、小牛或马血清存在下培养贴壁细胞,如成纤维细胞。待培养基稀释到1x和调节pH后,再添加L-谷氨酰胺和碳酸氢钠。
