一般描述

脂肪酶是将三酰基甘油酯分解成游离脂肪酸和甘油的水解酶。

应用

当与 L-α-甘油磷酸氧化酶(G3O-301、G3O-311、G3O-321)和甘油激酶(GYK-301、GYK-311)偶联时,该酶可用于酶促测定血清中的甘油三酯。通常,在 37oC 下,反应可在 5 分钟内完成,每次试验使用 2.5 oC~3.0 单位的酶(3.0ml),pH 约为 7.0。来源于假单胞菌属的脂肪酶已被用于评估微波辐射辅助棕榈油酶促合成生物柴油的研究。
