细胞内的荧光素摄入受到三磷酸腺苷(ATP)结合盒(ABC)转运体抑制剂的调节,例如ATP结合盒转运子G2 (ABCG2)/乳腺癌耐受蛋白(BCRP)抑制剂烟曲霉毒素C等。这一基质被萤火虫萤光素酶氧化,发出能够穿过活组织的光量子。
