应用
来自 兵豆的凝集素用于使用 ANA 进行基于大小或电荷的蛋白质分离。(各向异性纳米过滤器阵列:ANA)。
生化/生理作用
LcH 不具有血型特异性。对末端 α-D-甘露糖基和 α-D-葡萄糖基残基有亲和力。LcH 由两种异构体组成,LcH-A(分子量 49,000)和 LcH-B(分子量 49,000)。LcH-A 具有促有丝分裂活性。结合物由纯化的凝集素制备。
质量
含有电泳上相应的于同工凝集素 LcH-A 和 LcH-B 的两条主带。

通过亲和层析高度纯化。
分析说明
凝集活性以 μ 表示g/mL,通过在 pH 6.8 磷酸盐缓冲盐水中连续稀释 1 mg/mL 溶液测定。该活性是在 25°C 下孵育 1 h 后凝集 2% 人红细胞悬液的最低浓度。
