General description

LC3基因，也称为MAP1LC3A（微管相关蛋白1轻链3 α），是酵母自噬所必需的Apg8p同源物。处理后形成的胞质可溶形式定位于自噬体膜上。该基因位于人染色体20q11.22上。LC3在细胞中以细胞质LC3-I（18kDa）和LC3-II（16kDa）两种形式存在。

Immunogen

该合成肽对应于人LC3A亚型a的氨基酸，通过C-末端半胱氨酸残基与KLH偶联。在大鼠和小鼠中的相应序列是相同的。
