一般描述
溶血磷脂酸(LPA)是一种基本的膜生物合成代谢物。LPA和G蛋白偶联受体(GPCRs)互作,被称为LPA受体,调节信号反应。油酰-L-α-溶血磷脂酸激活LPA4受体。在角质形成细胞中,油酰-L-α-溶血磷脂酸在某种程度上促进生长。
