Application

D-荧光素已用于制备发光测量法测定氮氧化物用的反应混合物。它还被用于制备荧光素检测用D-荧光素储备溶液。
Km 约为 2 μM 的萤火虫荧光素酶的底物。

General description

D-荧光素主要由发光生物生产。它可以简便地绕过血睾屏障、血脑屏障和血胎盘屏障进行循环。这种小分子对光线和氧气敏感。其粉末形式也对水分敏感。
