生化/生理作用
亚油酸(LA)是花生四烯酸的前体,存在于植物油中。它可改善糖尿病大鼠的伤口愈合。LA触发肿瘤和大肠癌细胞的凋亡。脂肪组织和血小板中的LA水平与冠状动脉疾病有关。亚油酸与牛血清白蛋白(BSA)或环糊精等分子结合,可用于细胞培养。
