应用

猪肾来源微粒体亮氨酸氨肽酶用于从啮齿动物脑-C5[2] 中分离脑啡肽酶(NEP),用于肽消化。 [3][4]

生化/生理作用

亮氨酸氨肽酶底物特异性广。[1]能水解肽直至产生脯氨酸残基,不会对脯氨酸继续降解。[5]

单位定义

一个单位在37°C 下 pH 7.2 时每分钟将水解 1.0μ摩尔 L-亮氨酸-对硝基苯胺为 L -亮氨酸和对硝基苯胺(25°C 下可获得活性约为37°C 下的 40%)。以 L-亮氨酸对硝基苯胺为底物得到的活性是以 L-亮氨酸酰胺为底物得到的活性的 2-5 倍。
